ABOUT ME

I’m a versatile freelance graphic, surface, pattern & web designer/developer, currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa, after living in the UK, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

I hail from this sunny country, which influences a lot of my artwork, as I like bright, bold designs, color, nature and geometric shapes, my favorite areas are doing logo  designs, illustration for kids and home decor, and I adore doing floral designs. I do, of course, keep my business logos and websites, clean, crisp and modern, but love the creative freedom of illustration as well!

I’ve been in the industry since 2001, where I started out as web administrator at Reuters in London and have worked all over the world as a contractor/freelance designer ever since, and had my own design studio with a couple of employees when I lived in New Zealand. Currently I work part-time as a Digital Marketing Manager, and continue with my freelance work.

I am super comfortable working remotely, it’s what I do! I work from my home office, using the latest Adobe Products (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), Procreate and other software daily, hand code HTML/CSS and always available for looking for remote, part-time/as-needed or contract graphic and surface design work & open to art licensing opportunities.
